Tkbazz Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the tkbazz platform and all its services. tkbazz (referred to hereinafter as "we", "us", or "the Platform") is an online Sports Betting service operated for users in Bangladesh.

By using the tkbazz website or app, you are considered to have accepted these terms and conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our platform.

Tkbazz's Terms and Conditions are governed in accordance with the laws and regulations applicable in Bangladesh. Any disputes will first be addressed through our internal arbitration process.

To open an account on tkbazz, you must meet the following requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age.
• You must be a legal resident of Bangladesh.
• All information provided at the time of registration must be truthful and accurate.
• Only one account per person is allowed.
• Accounts must be opened for personal use only — managing an account on behalf of a third party is strictly prohibited.

After registration, tkbazz may request identity verification (KYC) documents at any time. You may be asked to submit a National ID, passport, or other government-issued identification. Withdrawals may be put on hold until verification is complete.

We strongly recommend enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) to keep your account secure. If you notice any unauthorized access to your account, please contact our support center immediately.

Tkbazz supports deposits and withdrawals through Bangladesh's leading mobile banking services. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

• The minimum deposit amount is set separately for each payment method.
• Deposits are generally instant, though banking network delays may occasionally extend processing time up to 15 minutes.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 24 hours. Larger amounts may require additional verification.
• The withdrawal method must be consistent with the deposit method used.
• Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.

If you experience any issue with a transaction, please report it to our Help Center within 24 hours. Delayed reports may be harder to resolve. tkbazz retains transaction records for a minimum of 5 years.

Please keep the following rules in mind when placing bets on tkbazz. Every bet is considered a binding agreement.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled (except where a specific cash-out feature applies).
• If a match is abandoned or cancelled, the bet will be voided and the stake returned.
• Tkbazz reserves the right to void any bet placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error.
• A maximum bet limit may apply for a match, which will be displayed next to the odds.
• In accumulator or combo bets, if one leg is cancelled, that leg will be counted as odds of 1.0.

Odds in live betting change rapidly. The odds confirmed at the time of bet acceptance — not the odds displayed when the bet was placed — will be considered final. This is an important part of tkbazz's terms and conditions.

Tkbazz uses data from internationally recognised data providers to determine results. Any objections to a result must be raised within 72 hours of the result being published.

Tkbazz regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus has its own terms, which are clearly stated on the relevant offer page. The general bonus policies are outlined below:

• The welcome bonus is available once only, on your first deposit.
• Withdrawals are not permitted until the wagering requirement for each bonus has been met.
• Bets placed with bonus funds generally require minimum odds of 1.50 or higher.
• Attempting to claim the same bonus more than once may result in account suspension.
• The referral bonus will only be credited once the referred person has successfully registered and made their first deposit.

The following activities are strictly prohibited under tkbazz's terms and conditions:

• Participating in match fixing or any form of fraudulent betting activity.
• Placing bets using automated bots or scripts.
• Operating multiple accounts by the same individual or group.
• Fraudulent use of unauthorized payment methods or attempts to initiate a chargeback.
• Exploiting platform vulnerabilities or technical errors to gain an unfair advantage.
• Attempting to improperly influence tkbazz staff.
• Attempting to collect or access another user's personal information.

If such activity is established, tkbazz reserves the right to immediately close the account, forfeit the balance, and take legal action if necessary.

You may request to close your tkbazz account at any time. The process will be completed within 48 hours of your request. You will have the opportunity to withdraw any remaining balance before the account is closed.

Tkbazz may suspend or close an account for the following reasons:

• If a breach of terms and conditions is established.
• KYC verification has not been completed.
• In the event of suspicious transactions or suspected fraud.
• If the account has been inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).

Tkbazz strives to deliver the highest quality of service; however, our liability is limited in the following cases:

• Failed bet placement due to internet disconnection or network issues.
• Issues arising from incorrect data provided by third-party data suppliers.
• Service unavailability due to unexpected server downtime or scheduled maintenance.
• Damage arising from issues with the user's own device or software.

In the event of a dispute, tkbazz's internal records and logs will serve as the final evidence. Winning and losing are a natural part of betting — no claims against tkbazz can be made on these grounds.

• Deposit Limit: Set your own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Bet Limits: Set a cap on how much you want to wager within a given time period.
• Session Limit: Set a time limit for how long you stay on the platform in a single session.
• Reality Check: You'll receive periodic notifications letting you know how long you've been playing.
